Samuel Amador is the founder of TAC 4-CE TRAINING, LLC.
established in 2014. Sam is
a senior military leader with more than two decades of operational experience in combat environments, multinational operations, and high-risk security missions. His career has been built around preparing individuals and organizations to operate effectively in dangerous, uncertain, and rapidly evolving situations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, is an active Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, and has completed advanced leadership, counterterrorism, protective operations, survival, and instructional certification programs across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and South America. Combining academic study, combatives, and real-world operational experience, he has developed a comprehensive training philosophy focused on readiness and survivability.
Sam began his military career in 2002 as an Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps and later served as a member of a specialized Recapture Tactics Team within Marine Corps Security Forces. His operational experience includes four combat deployments to Iraq, the Horn of Africa, and Ukraine, where he operated in complex, high-threat environments alongside coalition and partner forces.
Throughout his career, Sam has advised, trained, and worked alongside military and security forces from more than 30 nations across 19 countries. His experience includes developing tactical capabilities, mentoring leaders, and supporting complex operational planning in dynamic international environments.
He currently serves as a First Sergeant in the Army National Guard, providing senior enlisted leadership and ensuring the readiness, discipline, and professional development of Soldiers assigned to a Combat Advisor Team.
As a certified Terrorism Liaison Officer working with the Joint Terrorism Task Force and the Southeast Florida Fusion Center, Sam remains actively engaged in the homeland security and intelligence community, helping identify emerging threats and strengthen information sharing between public and private sector partners.
Through
TAC 4-CE TRAINING, LLC., Sam delivers firearms instruction, tactical training, leadership development, and defensive readiness programs grounded in real-world operational experience. TAC-4CE’s training philosophy focuses on practical skills, disciplined mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure—preparing students, professionals, and organizations to respond decisively when it matters most.
